Overview

NC State's Rhetoric Society of America Student Chapter is proud to host the 2013 Carolina Rhetoric Conference. We plan to have an open, accessible, and generative conference by providing opportunities to share your scholarship at any stage of development, by offering (in)formal spaces to connect with other graduate students in the region, and by building a platform for our ideas to reach new audiences. We have an exciting program lined up.

Please join us Thursday, April 18 through Friday, April 19 on NC State's campus in Raleigh.

If you'd like to contact us, please email us (carolinarhetoriccon@gmail.com) or drop us a note on Twitter (@CarolinaRhetCon). We'd love to hear from you!

CRDM Symposium

The 2013 Carolina Rhetoric Conference will be held jointly with the Communication, Rhetoric, and Digital Media program's 4th annual research symposium, "Emerging Genres, Forms, and Narratives in New Media Environments," which will take place Friday, April 19 through Saturday, April 20, 2013 on the NC State campus. The symposium aims to bring together a variety of disciplinary voices in a discussion of emergent genres, forms, and narratives in the digital age. Several events will be held jointly by the CRC and the CRDM Symposium on Friday, and participants in each event will be able to attend sessions at the other. For information about the CRDM Symposium, please see the link in the banner.
